About

Hi, I’m Anna — a psychotherapist who finds joy in good food and time spent in nature, especially outdoors and in the garden.

I’m a qualified counsellor with over 10 years’ experience. I hold an MSc in Integrative Psychotherapy (2016) and a Diploma in Clinical Supervision (2024), and trained at The Sherwood Psychotherapy Training Institute.I’m registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and work in line with their Code of Ethics. I attend regular clinical supervision to support safe and ethical practice, and I am fully insured.I have extensive experience supporting adults with anxiety, low mood, and a range of life challenges, across the voluntary sector, private practice, and higher education settings.

Clinical Supervision

I see supervision as a space where you can speak openly about your work, reflect on the impact it may be having on you, and explore the processes unfolding between you and your clients. I aim to build a collaborative and compassionate supervisory relationship where this can take place.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and supervisor, holding a Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
I offer both individual and small group supervision, and work with trainee counsellors, those newly qualified, and more experienced practitioners. My approach is integrative and relational, although I have experience working across a range of modalities.Sessions are priced per hour - please get in touch for more details

FAQ:

Sessions are 50 minutes long.

The current cost per session is £60. Please get in touch with me directly if you are a trainee counsellor, or concessionary.

Sessions usually take place once a week, at a regular time. We can review your need for sessions as the therapy progresses.

This varies for everyone. Some people come for a short period of between 6 and 12 sessions to focus on a specific issue, while others choose longer-term support. We can review this together as we go.

My current availability is during the daytime on a Wednesday and Friday, and some early evening appointments on Wednesday and Thursday.

You can get in touch via my contact page, or via telephone. From there, we can arrange an initial free consultation call.

I offer a free 15-minute telephone call as a chance for us to talk a little about what’s bringing you to counselling and what you might need. If it feels like the right fit, we can arrange a first session. If not, I’ll do my best to guide you towards a service that may be better suited.

If you need to cancel a session, the full fee will normally be payable. Where possible, I’ll try to offer an alternative appointment within the same week.

I offer sessions online and/or by telephone - please get in touch for more information.

No — I don’t currently work with children or young people. My services are designed for adults, so I’m best placed to support clients aged 18 and over.

I currently only work with individuals based within the UK.
